Accessibility

All the apartments are accessible with wheelchairs (ramps, spaces for rotation,...).

Bathroom with disabled access: shower on the same level of the floor and non-skid ground. (120 cm minimum rotation in each). The mirrors are inclined and there is enough space to transfer the wheelchair to the WC.

Doors of 95 cms. of width, pushbuttons to the adequate height, low cupboards, etc.
Lift to basement floor with access to the parking spaces.

Disabled access terrace and swimming pool with hydraulic chair lift and stairs for people with reduced mobility.

All the beds are profiling with controls. Every room has at least one medical bed.
Every apartment has a shower chair.
2 hoist at clients disposal (complementary service)
Wheelchair rental service, in case of breakdown
2 mobile shower chairs (complementary service)
WC handles in each bathroom and WC lifts
